The Sunderland Future Living Expo will take place in Riverside Sunderland in 2023. Featuring events and experiences to engage visitors in new and sustainable ways of living, it will be set in-and-around new high-quality homes for the city centre.

With a world-class programme of events, Studio Blackburn focused on placing Sunderland at the forefront of the future living agenda.

We created a modular brand identity for the ongoing event, including name, logotype, photography, animation, film, wayfinding and website.

The Expo is on its way to attracting the 150,000 visitors it expects in 2023, accompanied by the growth in the resident population of Sunderland City Centre from around 2,500 to 5,000.
